BISD would like to communicate a change in the 2026 Homecoming Parade. Beginning last Spring and carrying over to the start of this school year there has been discussion of moving the Homecoming Parade due to the many events that happen on Homecoming Day. After surveying the staff and getting feedback from the HS students it was determined that having the Homecoming Parade and Community Pep Rally in the evening on a day prior to Homecoming Day would be more beneficial for our students and staff. WIth that being said we are moving the 2026 Homecoming Parade/Community Pep Rally to Wednesday, October 7th @ 6:00 pm. We will be sending out more information regarding the logistics in the near future.
Thank you,
BISD Administration

This week's Bulldog Beat.
If you are planning to attend the pep rally and would like to take your student with you afterward, please remember that you must sign your student out through the Middle School Office before leaving.
A few important reminders:
The person signing the student out must already be listed on the student’s approved pick-up list.
Because attendance is taken each class period at the secondary level, taking your student after the pep rally will count as an unexcused absence for any class period they miss.
Thank you for helping us keep dismissal safe and organized. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to see everyone showing their Bulldog pride at our first pep rally! 🐾
Go Bulldogs!
🌺 FIRST PEP RALLY OF THE SEASON! 🌺
It’s time to kick off Bulldog spirit with our first pep rally of the year—Hawaiian Style! 🌴🐾
High School doors will open at 2:00 PM for parents and community members, and the pep rally begins at 2:15 PM.
As a reminder, classes are still in session that afternoon. To respect our students’ learning time for as long as possible, we ask that guests wait until 2:00 PM to enter the building.
Come ready to show your Bulldog Pride and help us send the Cubs surfing into a BIG GAME! 🌊🏈
Big Game. Big Heart. Bulldog Pride!

During the summer, the Administration spent time addressing some of the concerns on the year-end surveys. Our Technology department has consolidated district communications that include the website, social media, and the alert system. Administrators and staff have developed grading guidelines that will be consistent across all campuses. Additional areas addressed include … dress code, attendance, and student discipline. It is our goal to provide an environment that is safe and secure for our students, consistent across campuses, and focuses on instruction and preparing your students for success.
We appreciate the support and commitment of the Bosqueville community and parents. We will continue to address and improve areas as they are brought to our attention. We want our students to enjoy coming to school and be participants in the daily activities of Bosqueville ISD. Thank you for entrusting us with your students and their education.
Sincerely,
